The staffs are very friendly and the room very clean and cozy! We walk around the area and little town, and love every steps on it. We also had breakfast and dinner in the hotel, taste and service are 100000/10

Det er et gammelt men smukt hotel. Det ligger godt, der er rent og pæn. Placeringen af dette hotel tilbyder en storslået panoramaudsigt over fjorden. Værelserne er rummelige. Den ekstraordinære morgenmad med et utroligt udvalg af retter, aftensmad er dyr men med mange retter. Beliggenheden er perfekt i forhold til Flåmbanen og vandreture i omegnen. God restaurant fuldender oplevelsen.

Amazing spot, lovely old hotel with modern amenities

Un bonito edificio con partes renovadas y otras algo anticuadas al igual que las habitaciones. La comida bien y la atención también, cerca del crucero y de los puntos de interés.

Hôtel idéal en tout point. La situation de cet hôtel offre un magnifique panorama sur le fjord. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner hors normes avec un choix incroyable de plats. Le service impeccable et on apprécie également l'accueil du personnel. Un hôtel dans lequel on se sent bien de l'arrivée au départ.

El hotel goza de una ubicación privilegiada en el encantador pueblo de Flam, con impresionantes vistas al fiordo. Las habitaciones ofrecen comodidad, aunque sería beneficioso mejorar el confort térmico, ya que la calefacción no estaba encendida ni la habitación estaba lo suficientemente cálida. Los amenities del baño, especialmente el jabón con su maravilloso aroma, son destacables, aunque sería ideal incluir también crema hidratante.

Por otro lado, las camas, aunque cómodas para algunos, podrían no satisfacer a quienes prefieren colchones más firmes, ya que son bastante blandas y cuentan con un cubrecolchón fino que podría hacerlas sentir aún más suaves. Resultó sorprendente que el hotel sugiriera cenar en otros establecimientos del pueblo, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se esperaría disfrutar de la excelencia culinaria dentro del propio hotel, conocido por tener uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona.

Es posible que esta experiencia esté influenciada por la temporada, lo que podría haber afectado algunos aspectos como la disponibilidad de ciertos productos o servicios. Respecto al desayuno, aunque aceptable, podría mejorarse para estar a la altura de la categoría del hotel.

Además, es una lástima que los hermosos plaids de las camas, hechos a mano y encantadores, no estuvieran disponibles para su compra, ya que este tipo de detalles suelen ser apreciados por los huéspedes en establecimientos de esta categoría

Lovely hotel close to the Flåmsbana railway. Cosy room with great view. Large choice of hot and cold food for breakfast and help yourself teas and coffee.

Gorgeous view, the first impression of the hotel seemed fit for royalty. The room would have been fine if it was not two singles with thin mattress and had been made properly. Hot breakfast was not appetising at all, it was cold and looked disgusting. I told them, the food they replaced it with was cold as well. Dinner servings could be a bit more generous on the serves good quality small portions.

Located at a remote town but making the travelers feel home.

Hotel vicino alla fine del mondo posto com'è in un anfratto di un lungo fiordo e raggiungibile in inverno solo da un vecchissimo trenino che attraversa 20 gallerie scavate a mano dato l'impervio percorso a zig-zag della montagna, un po' come la costa amalfitana da noi dove arrivare davanti a te ti sembra vicino ma il girare continuamente a destra e a sinistra non ti concede di giungere mai a destinazione. Estremamente pittoresco perché posto su questo fiordo, fortemente innevato in dicembre e molto freddo, è un hotel dove si mangia bene sia a colazione che a cena con camere con il tetto spiovente al quarto e ultimo piano. Confortevole la camera, parecchio grande, caldo e bello il bagno non offre il servizio di sveglia. Cortesi i camerieri e il personale, offre anche del buon vino oltre alle note birre e spirits. Molto molto particolare, e con una vecchia ala visitabile dove risiedevano duchi e principi ora non in uso ma restaurata, è da godere in una pace inesistente ovunque quando non vi giungono le grandi navi dei turisti, dunque non in estate. Costoso, naturalmente.

A lovely hotel in a gorgeous scenic location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a good size. The only issue is that the tea, coffee etc wasn't replenished each day and we had to ask for milk.

The location is very good, the rooms are ok (our shower was not working very well - sometimes hot, sometimes cold water). The breakfast was very good, as the service, but could have more fruits options.

La habitación tiene lo básico. El precio es un poco alto. El desayuno bufet excelente.

Un hôtel de charme mais cher, comme souvent en Norvège. Très belle chambre avec petit balcon et vue sur le fjord. seul inconvénient, l'arrivée des grands bateaux de croisière qui gâchent la vue !
