BAKLANDET SKYDSSTATION
After the drawbridge, on the cobblestones of the old town stands the yellow façade of one of Trondheim's most charming restaurants. The house, with its creaking wooden floors, is a listed building dating from 1791. Behind the bar, 248 different aquavits are waiting to be tasted. If, like us, you have a penchant for fish soup, the house's is delicious. Melting salmon, crunchy pink shrimps, carrots, fennel, tasteful! The walls lean under the period frames, the shelves bend under the trinkets of all kinds, a real café-brocante.
