RØSTNESVÅG FISKEVÆR
In the small port of Værøy, the old market square buildings have been converted into accommodation. There are a number of warm and welcoming rorbuer, typical of the Lofoten archipelago, for rent. There's also an old farmhouse, Rånesgården, and the building that used to house the fishermen, Fiskarheimen. A beautiful spot close to the landing stage and the island's few shops. Most of the village's buildings are now used for fishing, the main occupation, giving you the opportunity to discover the culture and very specific way of life of the inhabitants.
