Built shortly before 1972, it was subsequently restored, notably by the architects of Sydney's Opera Theatre and New York's New Metropolitan Opera House. It bears the name of one of Nicaragua's best-known poets, Rubén Darío, which we recommend you read. This is the most dynamic performance hall in the country. It hosts classical music concerts, plays and performances by national and international artists.
