The Hotel Estrada's restaurant offers a very pleasant setting, with a cosy dining room and a pretty, tree-lined patio in a peaceful setting. Perfect for a relaxing moment away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The refined cuisine combines Nicaraguan and French specialties (beef filet, fish... the menu changes quite often). There's also a good selection of drinks, including quality wines and cocktails. Good service with attentive staff. All this just a stone's throw from the main square. A good address.
