You won't want to miss its pretty, bright blue façade. Run by two sisters who prepare everything in-house, Café Blue is a pleasant place to have breakfast or lunch. You can choose from American-style options (eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast), or more typical Nicaraguan options (plantains, red beans). The coffees are very good too. What's more, prices are inexpensive and portions well-stocked. We recommend it, and so do the people of Granada.
