The place to go for meats à la plancha, in true Nicaraguan style! Delicious with plantains, rice, vegetables or other ingredients. The wine list is quite impressive, the cocktails are good and so are the desserts. Prices are pretty high here, but the quality of the ingredients and dishes is well worth a small sacrifice. As locals and regulars know, it's not always easy to find a table here! Don't hesitate to drop by earlier in the day to make a reservation.
