Swiss-born Margrit fell in love with colonial architecture during a trip through Central America. She decided to buy an old house in Granada, renovate it and turn it into a charming home. Absolutely magnificent, a verdant oasis with a wooden structure of royal cedar and Brazilian cherry, always with a gentle breeze flowing through the two interior patios (and its charming swimming pool). Definitely a beautiful address.
