Former convent converted into a hotel in 2000. The 32 rooms are arranged around a superb interior patio with large palm trees and fountains. A luxurious colonial environment, a beautiful swimming pool, the establishment has been entirely restored. The result, respectful of the convent's 1640 plans, is quite successful. The owners are also art collectors. In fact, they are the founders of the Ortiz-Gurdian gallery-foundation.
