This is the restaurant of the Hotel Los Volcanes (which, by the way, is probably the most beautiful hotel in Chinandega, and would suit the most affluent travelers). The building is a former military hospital; the decoration in the national colors makes for a welcoming atmosphere, and it's pleasant to dine in peace and quiet. The speciality: "Filete a los Volcanes" (meat served with white sauce, mushrooms, asparagus and mozzarella).
