One of Nicaragua's finest chocolates is made here! 100% organic, it comes from plantations located less than 2 hours from Matagalpa and is exported to various countries. During the visit, you can learn about the production process and, of course, taste the chocolate. There's a lovely view of the city from the "castle". You can also buy all kinds of chocolates, perfect for treating yourself or bringing home a little souvenir for your loved ones. The Castillo's products are also sold in other places in Nicaragua.
