In this small, half-timbered village restaurant with its simple, no-frills dishes, Jérôme Baur offers his specialty every year: Bouchot mussels with unlimited fries! Offered in 3 courses (marinières, mouclades and provençales), this typical Belle Vue dish is served from September to January, and you'd better make a reservation to have the honor of tasting it! The rest of the time, you'll be able to follow the seasons as the dishes are served, accompanied by excellent regional wines. A gîte is available on reservation.
