This bus stop is a good place to take buses to the coast from downtown San Salvador: the 102 for La Libertad and the 102A for El Tunco, El Sunzal, El Zonte, etc. stop here. The 201 to Santa Ana also stops here. Expect a service every 20 to 30 minutes. Just wait at the side of the road and wave to the bus as it passes. There are a few stalls where you can buy food and drink. On the Basilica side, buses run in the direction of Santa Ana. Opposite (cross the overpass), towards the coast.
