Santa Ana's iconic pupuseria, which sets up its plastic tables and chairs outside in a small square every evening. The pupusas are delicious and will cost you between 40 and 75 centimes each: choose the flavours you prefer (cheese, red beans, sausage...), help yourself to a good quantity of coleslaw, and enjoy the good-natured and pleasant atmosphere while watching the comings and goings of the many customers. Come early (or late), as seating is scarce and the pupuseria is renowned!
