On the face of it, this little restaurant with its few tables doesn't look like much... and yet! It's one of Santa Ana's not-to-be-missed novelties. Carlos, the chef, cut his teeth in the United States, where he worked in restaurants serving different cuisines from around the world. Now back in his hometown, he offers delicious sandwiches, burgers and fries, all homemade (including bread!). What's more, he'll tell you all about his exciting history and plans for the future. It's the perfect place to treat yourself and recharge your batteries after your volcano climb.
