MERCADO COLÓN

The Santa Ana market is a maze of small alleyways lined with stalls selling a wide variety of fresh produce (plenty of vegetables and fruit, meat, fish...) as well as clothing and many other items. Nearby, you'll find a number of small comedorias where you can enjoy pupusas or meals on the go. The market is an essential stop-off point for soaking up the local life of Santa Ana. What's more, it's also where the buses leave for the surrounding villages, particularly on the Route des Fleurs.
