PASAJE LA CONCORDIA
Pedestrian zone featuring murals by the Jiménez brothers and other local artists, as well as several quaint cafés
Passage la Concordia, restored by the municipality, is a pedestrian zone decorated with murals by the Jiménez brothers (Fabru's) and other local artists. There are several quaint cafés where you can eat local dishes and, of course, drink Salvadoran coffee. Hotels have also taken up residence in this little pedestrian passageway. In the center is a pretty fountain carved with motifs, including birds. If you're in Ahuachapán during the Día de los Farolitos celebrations, this is also a great place to enjoy the entertainment.
