The restaurant at the Casa 1800 boutique hotel offers top-quality cuisine combining Salvadoran and international specialties. Meat lovers can choose from a range of deliciously cooked cuts (puyazo, arrachera...). Special mention must also go to the house cocktails, such as the Mala Influencia, with mezcal, amaretto, lemon juice and kombucha, or the Chele Prepotente with tequila, mango, lemon and beer. All with a breathtaking view of Lake Suchitlán below... magic!
