The Hedman Alas bus company serves national and international destinations

to San Pedro Sula. Several departures daily between 5:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Some buses are of the "Deluxe" category and are more comfortable. Buses make one stop only. Journey time 3h30. Connections available. From San Pedro, departures are at the same times (only change: the 3 p.m. "Deluxe" bus is replaced by the 5:30 p.m. bus).

To Copán Ruinas. Price: 450 Lps. Journey time 7 hours min.

to Tela and La Ceiba. Price: US$25 per trip.
