One of the capital's most famous typical restaurants since 1977, and one of the biggest too. People come here with friends or family to share large parilladas (barbecued meats), such as the most popular dish, El Conquistador, a fine 500g piece of beef. Serve with fundidos, quesillo con chorizo or frijoles con mantequilla. To wash it all down, we recommend a natural drink such as limonada (limeade). For dessert, try the honey roquillas.
