Our ideas for eating out in Santa Rosa de Copán :

El Conquistador : on the grounds of the Hotel Elvir, reasonably priced. Great breakfasts. Lomo with red wine, tasty fish. Excellent fresh fruit juices.

Las Haciendas: three locations in town. Acceptable sandwiches, decent typical Honduran dishes.

Restaurante Well : fairly good Chinese specialties. Generous portions and reasonable prices.

El Rodeo: one of the most popular restaurants, with meat specialties.

Weekend's Pizza: very good pizzas, but also other Italian dishes.
