Roli's Place, the best budget plan with clean rooms and transfers to La Ceiba or Guatemala
Without a doubt, the best low-budget plan. Roland (a Swiss) knows his stuff and knows what he's talking about. The dormitory is nothing extraordinary, but the rooms (simple and unpretentious) are clean. The site is pleasant (garden). Please don't do the zouk - it's not at all the house's idea, much to the chagrin of a minority of backpackers looking for a good night's drinking (or more, if they're so inclined)! In short, it's a great way to meet other travelers, exchange tips and get to know the region. Transfers can be arranged.
