The only point of interest worthy of the name in town is this interesting Butterfly Museum, which puts on quite a show: a total of 19,000 insects are on display! Many are representatives of local and surrounding species, and were collected by Honduran Professor Robert Lehman. You'll also be able to watch presentation videos in English and Spanish, as well as maps and numerous explanations to help you perfect your knowledge of the subject (or to start out and develop a passion for lepidopterology).
