There are several places in town where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee, accompanied by a cake or something to nibble on. There are, of course, numerous Espresso Americano outlets, the flagship chain in Honduras (the best in San Pedro Sula is the one in Parc Central). But if you prefer an independent café, here are a few addresses: Incanta café, for its extensive drinks and cakes menu; Merendon Coffee, for its waffles; Crust -n- Crumb Pastry Coffee Shop, for its calm, studious atmosphere; or Raccoons Coffee, for its espresso.
