This station is located right in the city center, next to the Palace of Culture and Science. It's the heart of the city and is constantly busy, as it's located in the middle of transport lines and a shopping mall. When you get off the train, you often have to go up 2 floors to get to the central hall, signposted "Hala Główna", where there's a tourist office stand and next to it a PKP railway information desk.

Il y à de nombreuses boutiques sur place, si achat d'un billet de train au guichet , prévoir à l'avance car la file d'attente est souvent remplie (environ 30 minutes d'attente et les guichetières pas très sympathique!!)
