It's quite simply one of the best phở you'll find in Europe. The large Vietnamese community in the Polish capital is always a surprise to visitors, even more so when culinary gems like these are among them. The tiny room is decorated with a hundred maneki-neko waving their paws on the walls, while dozens of lanterns on the ceiling color the space. The place is very popular and often crowded, so you sometimes have to queue, but in return, you're quickly served.
