Super pobyt. Wspaniały personel. Przepyszne śniadania.

Great hotel very close to the Old Town. The
rooms are equipped with comfortable beds. The
hotel has a small gym and a nice pool. All staff
is very helpful. In partulicular the staff at
breakfast Ms Julias, Ms Patricia,Ms Ania and Mr Kamil are amazing, thank you.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Obsługa na najwyzszym poziomie. Bardzo duże zainteresowanie w stosunku do dzieci, co dla rodzica jest bardzo istotne. Pyszne jedzenie w restauracji. Basen wspaniały z uwagi na ciepła wodę i naprawdę głębokość. Lokalizacja Bardzo dobra, blisko do ścisłego centrum, parku i grobu nieznanego żołnierza. Polecam w 100%

Beautiful place. The hotel is amazing. There is delicious breakfast inside hotel. They have a delicious buffet, beautiful seating, and extremely kind staff. Julia T worked at the resteraunt and she was very kind and helpful to us. Loved it.

Séjour agréable ou j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre spacieuse permettant de travailler confortablement, c'est trés appéciable.
Le personnel de l'hotel est sympatique et attentif aux besoins des clients, c'est la aussi un plus.

En pocas palabras un super hotel, nos hospedamos aprincipios de abril por 8 dias para celebrar mi cumpleanos primero que todo la recepcion en el hotel fue fabulosa con mucha calides y amabilidad y rapides , recivimos nuestra habitacion ya a las 10 am despues de una larga noche por el vuelo y tuvimos chek out tambien tardio pero eso es con pago.La habitacion en los pisos altos espectacular muy amplia y confortable, la calidad de sueno es muy buena cama king y el colchon muy comodo, el bano tambien bien dicenado y comodo, el servicio de habitacion super bueno limpian todos los dias ni sales y regresas y ya esta areglada la habitacion, algo que nos encanto es el servicio de bienas noches en la mesita de noche y todas las noches te pones una botella de agua, un vaso de te con te de camomil y te areglan la cama para la noche ademas de que nuevamente te cambian las toallas y te ponen mas capsulas de cafe ote si necesitas.
La zona de la piscina es comoda agradable y llena las espectativas no hay mucha gente y el agua esta calientica.
Respecto a los desayunos hay una super variedad muy bien surtido verduras frescas, frutas, cereales, panes,jugos, pezcades, jamones , quesos y demas muy bien surtido, los unico un poco defectoso es el servicio del cafe un poco demorado no hay autoservicio aunque las chicas del desayudo hacen todo lo posible . Bardzo lubię korzystać z zakwaterowania w tym hotelu. To już kolejny pobyt.
Dobre śniadania, duży wybór potraw, basen, sauna. Psy są akceptowane.

Hotel zasługuje na 5* nie tylko za lokalizację ale przede wszystkim za obsługę, serwis, oferowane usługi. Na pewno wrócimy z rodziną. Bardzo dziękujemy.

Bardzo miło spędziłem czas w tym hotelu. Jedzenie było wyśmienite, z szerokim wyborem dań. Szczególnie chciałbym podkreślić profesjonalną i przyjazną obsługę. Pani Julia J oraz Pani Patrycja były niezwykle pomocne i zawsze uśmiechnięte, co sprawiło, że pobyt był jeszcze bardziej przyjemny. Dziękuję za wspaniałe doświadczenie, na pewno tu wrócę!

We purchased early check in for a junior suite, which means that the suite should be ready from 8:00am. The concierge confirmed that the suite would be ready. I’ve arrived at 12:58 pm and the gentleman from the front desk didn’t see that we had early check in included. After calling housekeeping he told me “Your room will only be ready in 3 minutes.”. When I told him that we have early check in, he was surprised to see it and confirmed it. I had to wait more than 3 minutes for the suite. They gave us a suite that was meant for another guest, with the welcome card with the wrong name, and this suite was not only smaller, but also next to a storage room from which we heard noise constantly. Also at the checkout the front desk lady said that our reservation was partially paid for and requested payment, which was very unpleasant since the reservation was paid in full from the moment we’ve booked it. The front desk almost never answers the phone. They seem very disorganised and not paying attention to what they’re doing. And even with all their mistakes, none of them was humble enough to at least acknowledge their mistakes and apologise. I’m an international flight attendant, I’m quite accustomed to hotels and this was not the reception of a 5 star hotel for sure. Housekeeping, concierge and breakfast staff were impeccable.

5 star hotel perfectly located for most tourist areas. Big rooms, huge beds and friendly helpful staff. Fab pool and spa on lower level.

Excellent central location- major tourist attractions with a walking distance.
Clean and modern hotel.
Comfortable spacious rooms; lovely choice of toiletries in bathrooms.
Great breakfast buffet- variety of choices to suit all; great selection of juices and smoothies.

Hôtel très bien situé à distance de marche de la vieille ville. Personnel au top. Chambres luxueuses. Grande et agréable piscine. Sauna et salle de fitness. Petit-Déjeuner buffet très complet. Bar à cocktail où il est possible de manger "sur le pouce". Wi-fi gratuit dans tout l'établissement. Arrêts de bus à proximité.
