Built in 1339 in Gothic style and remodeled in the 15th century, it was destroyed during the Second World War and rebuilt identically. It is the city's oldest church. The crypt contains the tombs of the Dukes of Mazovia, the Archbishops of Warsaw and great men such as H. Sienkiewicz, G. Narutowicz (the first President of the Republic), I. Paderewski, I. Mościcki, Cardinal S. Wyszyński. In summer, organ concerts are held here.
