A little further to the right is this Baroque church. Built in the 15th century, Saint-Hyacinthe church, also known as Saint-Jacques, features Gothic architecture and a remarkable vaulted ceiling. Although generally closed to visitors, it is open to the public for masses and organ concerts, particularly mid-week in July and August. Twentieth-century stained glass windows also adorn the interior of the church. The end of Rue Freta leads to the new town's main market square.
