The museum is housed in the former Arsenal, where you'll find a rich collection of the region's archaeological excavations. The collection was severely depleted by the Nazis, who stole some pieces that were never recovered. Please note that the modernization of the Arsenal building, scheduled to take place between 2019 and 2023, has not yet been completed. The rooms are not yet available and the museum is closed. They should be completed soon, and the new premises and museography will certainly be worth the detour!
