The Warsaw Library is a singular building, with pretty gardens that can be visited free of charge. The lower garden is rather classical, but it's still very pleasant to stroll around and sit in the sun on the lawn on sunny days. The hanging garden, on the other hand, is more futuristic and offers a lovely panoramic view over the west of the city, the Praga district and the buildings of the modern city. A quick and pleasant visit!
