The former residence of Kaiser Wilhelm II (of the First World War), built in 1910. On the first floor of the castle is the 1956 Uprising Museum, dedicated to the armed resistance against the Communist regime. On display are weapons, socialist propaganda posters, a reconstructed 1950s apartment and a prison cell. Next to the castle, you can see the memorial to the victims built in 1980 under pressure from Solidarność.
