GOŁUCHÓW CASTLE

This majestic ^16th-century castle rises above the Trzemna River. It was rebuilt in the ^19th century in the style of the Loire castles or the French Renaissance. The museum houses a branch of the Poznań National Museum, which exhibits a collection of Italian reliefs, antique vases, a Spanish room and an Italian room (among others). Surrounding this residence is a lovely landscaped park featuring a European bison enclosure. A wonderful discovery!
