RYDZYNA CASTLE
This magnificent rococo palace was the residence of the last representative of the Leszczyński family, Stanislas, who was born in 1677 and died in 1766. The Baroque building comprises 4 wings on 4 levels. Inside, the ballroom is spread over 2 levels and the ceiling is adorned with a Baroque painting. It houses a hotel and the castle museum. Rydzyna also boasts a beautiful market square and a Baroque town hall, featuring a rococo figure of the Holy Trinity. Finally, the Baroque Church of St. Stanislaus contains a Gothic funerary stele dating from 1422.
