Situated north of the Gdańsk fortress, this peninsula is also accessible by bus 106 (30 minutes from the Gdańsk Centre), or by boats departing from the Gdańsk Harbour. This is where the Second World War began, and you now find a monument to the huge Polish soldiers. It is an opportunity to leave the city of Gdańsk for a quieter location, which also offers a superb view of the Baltic Sea.

Un peu à l'écart de la ville, ce monument est incontournable. Lieu historique important que l'on peut voir depuis l'eau ou directement en se promenant autour.
