Located in the building on the island (actually a granary) that was not destroyed during the Second World War, this museum traces the town's history through slide shows and the reconstruction of a medieval street. It extends over two floors and, while the exhibition is not very large, it is rather modern and well done. On the second floor, you can see the results of excavations carried out in the historic center and on Île aux Greniers. It's a visit we highly recommend if you're just passing through.
