Free entrance to the biggest voluntary festival in Europe! Great atmosphere and lineup for a charity organization.
The country's most famous festival, formerly the Woodstock Poland Festival founded in 1995, is held every year. The event has recently moved to a new location close to the German border. Admission is free, while the line-up features some fine celebrities with mainly pop-rock influences. The organizer, Jurek Owsiak, is the founder of GOCC, a charity that raises funds to equip children's hospitals. With 750,000 visitors every year, it's Europe's biggest volunteer festival.
