A gourmet Michelin BIB restaurant (i.e. good value for money) that plays with Polish cuisine. Chef Robert Koczwara adapts the dishes to his own liking, resulting in a subtle finish that surprises with both its staging and its flavors. The restaurant is committed to ecological practices, its menu follows the seasons and its ingredients are all sourced from producers without preservatives. The dining room, a superb vaulted brick cellar, is modern and pleasant. We recommend the Fiorentina steak.
