COPERNICUS
Intimate and luxurious, the Copernicus offers excellent gastronomic tasting with a true sense of detail and service.
It is said that the famous Polish priest and scientist who gives his name to the restaurant and the luxury hotel that houses it stayed here during his stays in Krakow. Very intimate with less than a dozen tables, the room is located in the atrium of the hotel, decorated with a beautiful Renaissance fresco, the Copernicus offers multi-course gourmet tasting menus, all excellent and with the sense of detail and service that characterizes the hotel on which it depends. In Krakow, we dine at the Copernicus for special occasions.
