This local ramen chain does vegan Japanese cuisine, with a few examples of gluten-free dishes to boot. The result is up to the mark and we don't regret the lack of eggs and meat, which are usually staples in ramen served in restaurants. On the other hand, these alternative recipes have the defect of serving very thick broths, therefore not for all tastes and that you can't really drink like a soup. The setting and the service are also remarkable, at the standard now expected from Krakow.
