On two levels, away from the downtown crowds, Cakester is the place to be for students, young people and tourists who want to meet for a drink and a pastry. The decor is in shades of a cupcake, pink and blue, while the menu offers vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices from breakfast to dinner. Overall the food is good but not very sophisticated, the prices honest for what is a niche cuisine. We recommend it especially for breakfasts or a break from cake and fruit juice.
