The Hotel Polski has a long history and is certainly one of the city's oldest establishments. In the 19th century, an inn called Sous l'Aigle Blanc (Under the White Eagle) was built on this site, and was bought by Prince Adam Czartoryski - the family behind the superb collection in the adjacent museum - to become the Hotel Polski. Today, you have a well-established business with luxurious, comfortable rooms, copying the style of the great imperial era.
