The Kijów is an impressive independent multiplex that takes the art of cinema very seriously. Its masterful lobby sets the tone: large contemporary frescoes on a huge reinforced concrete wall, temporary exhibitions on film-related themes, old projectors on display, etc. Each room has its own style, old seats (but maintained as new) and personality. You can see, for example, movies with live music in the pit. We recommend it instead of the larger, often crowded and more expensive chains.
