In the heart of a now silent Stalinist utopia, this museum traces the glory, dreams and battles of its inhabitants.

The Nowa Huta museum succeeds in sharing the completely mad experience of life in this showcase of Soviet socialism. The large halls, still partially translated, alternate objects, images and archive videos in a rather effective museography. The first rooms are dedicated to the grandiose socialist project of a new city and its adjoining steelworks, while further on we come to propaganda and military preparations in the event of war with the United States. A visit not to be missed, even far from the city center.

A voir Absolument ...intérêt historique!!!!
