Restaurant with a family atmosphere offering instinctive cuisine in Boersch.

What a pleasure it is to sit down in this cosy little restaurant, formerly a post office, hence " Schtampfel " (the stamp). Hervé's cuisine, with its blend of bold and traditional flavors, is a delight to savor. The dishes are as beautiful as they are good, and the offerings are a refreshing change from the traditional Alsatian fare. The weekly menu allows you to discover the chef's talents at very reasonable prices. All accompanied by natural wines from here and elsewhere, brilliantly advised by Cindy, the owner.

Une redecouvrte grâce à une réservation acceptée. J avais cessé de vouloir réserver ces dernières années toujours complet. Jour de chance. Un repas digne d un etoilé. De la recherche dans les goûts et un service agréable.

De la recherche dans la présentation des plats, un bon visuel, manque un peu de légumes dans le plat principal, un peu déçu par le croustillant du veau, (trop croustillant).
Service un peu trop long, arrivés à 12 h10, départ vers 14h45, mais personnel à l'écoute et souriant.
