What a pleasure it is to sit down in this cosy little restaurant, formerly a post office, hence " Schtampfel " (the stamp). Hervé's cuisine, with its blend of bold and traditional flavors, is a delight to savor. The dishes are as beautiful as they are good, and the offerings are a refreshing change from the traditional Alsatian fare. The weekly menu allows you to discover the chef's talents at very reasonable prices. All accompanied by natural wines from here and elsewhere, brilliantly advised by Cindy, the owner.

Les tables étaient bien dressées pour le service de midi.
Nous vous avons accueilli avec le sourire et le respect. Merci de ne pas déformer la réalité sous prétexte que nous ne vous avons pas servi de boissons.
Nous avons fait le choix et cela depuis 8 ans maintenant de ne pas faire de service de boissons afin d être prêt et disposé à recevoir une clientèle qui vient pour notre gastronomie. Le travail " en coulisse" n est malheureusement pas assez compris surtout par certains clients " de passage".
Merci de respecter les convictions de chacun sans la moindre agressivité.
