One of the city's oldest restaurants, it maintains a very chic but friendly spirit in the historic center, with waiters in suits and ties. The cuisine is Polish and very refined, with a well-mastered touch of gastronomy and culinary exploration. The attentive staff is exceptional and English-speaking. It's also the city's most famous ice cream parlour, and a confectioner that has been around since Poland's independence, before the Soviet era. In other words, it's an institution!
