GROUND

Beneath the city's Rynek lies a vast network of vaulted underground passages built between the ^15th and ^20th centuries by the people of Rzeszow. The network comprises 15 corridors and 25 cellars over a total length of 369 m, used as stores, warehouses, workshops and, during wars and disasters, as shelters. Today, these magnificently restored secret places are enriched by a fine historical exhibition of objects and photos. The premises are open to the public and we highly recommend a visit.
