With a capacity of 42,771, Wrocław's brand-new stadium was built especially for Euro 2012. The resident club is Śląsk Wrocław (Polish L1) since its inauguration on September 10, 2011. The stadium has hosted three group A matches: Czech Republic - Russia, Czech Republic - Greece and Poland - Czech Republic (where their 0 - 1 defeat denied Poland a place in the quarter-finals...). Many national matches are also played here.
