MOBILE CRIB (SZOPKA RUCHOMA)

In an old, green-painted traditional Sudeten cottage, you can admire an astonishing crib, built by Franciszek Stepan over a period of twenty years and electrified in 1927. Between 1930 and 1938, he added a wooden organ capable of producing over 270 different sounds in 10 registers. The crib is a remarkable work of precision, featuring 250 finely hand-carved figurines. This little jewel of craftsmanship is a must-see when exploring the city.
